yeah I would have mistaken it to be a coelogyne, I want one.
Ron, how are you growing this one? I have one given to me by a friend few years ago but instead of growing bigger, it became smaller and smaller until the pbs are now just seedling size. I just don't know what to do now. New growth also rot easily if left under the rain.
hi tanya,
mine is mounted on bamboo with a little moss around and i treat it as a coelogyne. this one started blooming during a dry spell. from what i read, it can be potted in a very lose medium (some are litophytes) and well drained, or better mounted.
so, too much water is not good for those. you may give it more light then, something like dendro light.
hope that helps.
I like the soft color, Ron.
Cheers,
