It's just a baby lemon tree, so we put citrus fertilizer on it when we should, made sure it was watered nicely when it got too dry. But we never expected this...i'm going to need some extra lemon recipes! Thankfully my neighbors love lemons....

Wow, Connie, that is great. My lemon tree has three lemons on it.I love lemon and all the goodies people bake and cook with it. Well grown!

Lemon Shake-Up time!
Nice Crop Connie! Lemon juice freezes really well. you can either put it in ice cube trays or in plastic bottles. I usually freeze mine in bottles, thaw and put a squeeze top on it. Got one more in the freezer and then here's hoping that the neighbor's tree has a good crop this year.
