    Beautiful photos as usual, abiom. My Paph stoneii has a sheath about 2 ins now.It's already 2 months since the sheath began to show and the slow development is driving me crazy. Since this is my my first stoneii, can you tell me how much longer I have to wait?

    Mine took abt 3-4 weeks for 1st bud to fully bloom. I think it depends on various factors eg plant size, growing condition etc

    Lovely both, hold on while I wipe the drool off my keyboard. This is another orchid that doesn't take me long to kill.
