A couple of Dens in bloom.
hi randy,
second one is one of my favorite, petals will turn more peach in a few days, at least mine does.
yeah the second one is beautiful, actually its in a large clay pot among other assorted
dens, thats where we kept those rescued dens that i've nearly killed when i was still
starting with this hobby. We'll see if the lip changes color in time.
Think the first one is Jaquelyn Thomas 'Uniwai Mist'. It's a standard in the cut flower industry. If you put UH306 into a search engine, you can compare yours to it. If it's not that one, try UH800. They are very similar.
Both were developed by The University of Hawaii.
I'm loving dens since I discovered I can bloom them. lol I love the second one, the slight hint of color is pretty.
thanks michael for the hint, i will look for it.
glad you liked it connie, my wife is a big fan of hybrid dens, im more of a species guy.
