Fertilizing help from bangkok

i bought 2 small box of Fertilizer selling at bangkok weekend market, but now with the lable on it i am confused on the usage.

can someone read the lable and guide me with the details and how it has to be used.

Looking at the numbers on the label, the red one is a bloom booster, and the 2nd one is a
balanced fert might be a good growth booster also as the first number is high. Maybe
someone got some better answer.

Yes from numbers it is what Randy says. I would use the 21:21:21 at the rate of 1 gm per litre and the bloom booster at 0.5 gm/litre.
