Sorry Nelson but your identification is wrong.
The illustrated plant is Bulbophyllum ecornutoides, which was described by Wally Suarez and myself a couple of years back in the Australian Orchid Review.
This another Philippines endemic.
Bulbophyllum apertum has recently been found in the Philippines in Cotabato province in Mindanao.
