Keiki madness

Hi guyz,

My dend Nobile is developing keiki's as crazy ever since I got him appr 1 year ago. Even the keiki's that came out last year, which are not fully mature yet, are giving me new keiki's from their base. But still no buds. Is it something I'm doing?
They get a lot of light, I grow them outside (I live in the caribbean), not direct sunlight of course.
I fertilize them with every watering weakly ( 2 to 3 times a week). One time with high N fert, the second time with high P fert, the third time with a 20-20-20 fert and the fourth time I flush with clean water and then I start all over again.

Any thing I need to stop or start doing?

Den. nobile need cool and dry winter rest to bloom, otherwise you will get keikis instead of flowers.

For three months or so in the winter, no water, no fertilize and keep it as cool as you can(below 50 at night). Resume watering gradually when your plant starts to bloom.

I agree with Tom:
I have this one outside on my balconi throughout the summer to late autumn as long as night temperatures fall to about 3-5°C. Then I muve it inside where the night temp.is around 8-10 and daly 10-15°C. In mid September I stop fertilize and I water less extensively; in early October I stop watering too. I just mist it from time to time, that's all.
