I would say no, but I have not done green pod harvesting before. It looks way to young.

Looks way too young to me as well. It's going to be at least 3-4 months after polination before you should try to harvest. Even better is to wait till you see it start to yellow at the seams to ensure maturity. The wait will seem forever. I've been there.
Yes, at least several months. I had a friend that wanted a pod off of a Phal. manii that I have. We waited about 8 months.
