Default Cattleya Chic Bonnet (1960 classic)

Here's a classic cross from 1960. Not sure if this is a remake or an original. Where I found it, it might just be original. A huge beast with 9 inch pseudobulbs and 12 inch leaves which is why I had to have it. Flowers are 5 inches across. It has 2 spikes of 3 flowers this year.

Reminds me of my Irene Holguin "Brown Eyes" which is also very old & large. It however will not bloom until Spring...Very nice, Jeff! Betty :-)

Hey Jeff, Would you be so kind as to send me a PM of where you found this beauty? Maybe they have an internet presence and I can drool on my keyboard!
