    Red face Cochleanthes Lip Blush

    Almost missed the bloom on this cute little orchid. Luckily he has another bud sneaking out. This orchid is unusual (at least for me) in the fact that it blooms under its leaves. I grow it along side all of our big phrags, so I often miss the blooms. Luckily, I was able to get a photo before the bloom was too far gone. Enjoy...

    It not only blush's, but it sounds like its bashful to! It need not be. I like the subtle coloration and the fine texture of the petals. AL
