Well done Vincent. As Zain says hope it will bloom for you. When I started orchids the gurus advised me to avoid growing the mottled leaved phals as they preferred cooler conditions than the plain leaved ones.

congrats vincent, im with bruce, it looks a bit too wet and also think its too much moss in the pot.

I really missed this species and also Phalaenopsis schilleriana.
They didn't survived the attacked of black orchid weevils.
How I can ever managed to get rid of this pest in my jewels, I'm tired of hunting them in bored canes and leaf shoots.
