Irregular Phalaenopsis Flowers No ID

So i got this a couple of month ago. Something cheap so I could teach my mother how to take care of orchids. It has been blooming ever since I got it at a box store. The flowers looked normal when I first got it. I didnt really inspect it anyhow knowing it was from a box store and not going in my collecting. Hey are some pictures of its flowers this round. I think this guy has a problem. Anyone want to throw a guess as to why or what its problem is???..lol....just for fun...baahahaha

The petals on every flower are different and some lips have 3 spurs instead on two. They are all messed up. To bad tho...They are kinda pretty.....here is a full shot

sometimes my phalaenopsis do produce flowers like that. If its not something viral, i guess it has something to do with its location, ferts, watering. it just happen sometimes. Congrats though.

that one petal with the swirled color looks a lot like a color break from a virus.

i wouldve said pelorism....but the flowers are all different and not all of them have it....Don might be right, then again, Moja could be too......

The first thing I thought also was that it was peloric, but also like you I am suspicious that the flowers are all so different. That is why I raised the ugly 'V' word.
I would just be careful with it, in the case it is a virus.

Virus comes to mind....I would keep this well away from the others and since it is a NOID, it may be worth junking and trying again.

Well they could be anything if the plant looked healthy unlikely Virus though they can behave similarly, I also got the same experience later I noticed it is backed to normal may be due to fertilizer or other condition such as force the plant to bloom.

I have noticed flower disfigurement when I put to much snail bait out in my garden. The chemicals are obviously bad for snails and plants. I have tossed several NOIDS recently because of suspicious leaf ailments. I tend to err on the side of caution. You have a very nice flower there. I always worry when things just dont conform to what I expect.

Thanks everyone for your ideas......when i bought it the flowers all looked the same.....I believe..lol....but then again my mother waters them with tap water...which thanks to our amazing government poisons the water with fluoride and such.....maybe this could cause such flowers...i really dont know ...but the plant does seem healthy and there are no markings on the leaves...... Quick question.

Do virus's only transfer through contact with an open wound? or are there other ways of transmitting other then through offspring?
