I bought this Phal. at the local grocery store on clearance for a DOLLAR! It just had the leaves and no spike. Look at my baby now! I don't even know what it is, any help?

What a pretty phalaenopsis! When they don't have a tag I usually make a fun name up for them. Whatever you are doing, this plant really seems to like it. Great job and what lovely flowers!
Wow, Toni - great work. That's one happy phal! The flowers have such pretty, delicate colors, and the leaves look great! How long have you had it?
Thanks! I picked it up about 3 months ago, it was so sad looking: limp, soggy leaves, they were drowning the poor thing! Took it home and dumped it out, then repotted and fertilised and WALA good as new. Whoever runs the floral department there needs some classes! I get a couple new ones a month from their "clearance" table! I would love to know what it is!
Lovely coloringKeep up the good work! Like Connie said, usually the Phals you find without tags are sort of generic hybrids. Make up a fun name
Love how healthy the plant looks too! What huge leaves!
Cheers,

Hey - maybe they shouldn't take classes, because you get great deals!!
Ya,lol, you are so right! I would loose my soarse!
From the clearance table at a grocery store to your obviously capable hands and three months later it looks this good? Can I do a correspondence course on orchid culture through you? AL
Amen, Al! We know who should GIVE the classes now!
