Coelogyne corymbosa-Spikes? or not spikes?

Hi all, i am told that this (mid winter) is the spiking season for coelogynes. My corymbosa has these little spikey bits on it, from the two main leads. Any ideas? This is my ONLY coelogyne, so thats why im asking

I have to say, I agree with Eric, those pseudobulbs are gorgeous. So nice and plump and clear of any damage.

Its been growing in my bedroom, so there are no slugs or snails to eat into them

Nope. the husks are small on this species, all the pseudobulbs have husks around them, they just sort of peel away. I agree though, they are rather nice pbulbs
