I was wondering if you can sterilize flask with media by putting the flask in boiling water or by microwaving?
and what should I sterilize the seeds in?
Any info would be great and photos of flasks and seedlings

with media in the flask sterilise either with pressure cooker or microwave.
sterilise seeds with 5% bleach ( commonly use at home) and vary the duration like 5 mins, 10 mins.
I've successfully propagate in-vitro byblis guehoi, nepenthes and phalaenopsis seeds. some photos for viewing, my pleasure.

I'm probably getting a second hand pressure cooker for cheap. Also when pressure cooking how much water should I put in the cooker?
