Is this natural orchid leaf shedding or is something wrong?

I've had this orchid for over a year now and it just finished blooming off three stems. One of the leaves started turning and I didn't think anything of it, but now two others have started. It's producing new leaves on top, but I don't know if I should chop these dying ones off, leave them alone, or do something else such as spray with fungicide. Its roots are shooting out all over and are thin and pale, but I just noticed the closest leaf on its neighbor is turning brown a little, too. Hopefully you can see all the details in the photos. Yep, It may be an older leaf that is finishing up and you should be able to give it a light tug and it will come off. Either that, or because i can see it is the 2nd leaf up the chain, it has been in the sun and has got sunburnt at some stage, and if this one is getting sunburnt, others may be too. But if there is good root growth and its sprouting more leaves from the crown, i would think the first diagnosis is more correct.

Have you taken the phal out of the pot to make certain there are healthy roots under the bark? Sometimes root damage can have that effect, too. Hopefully, I'm completely wrong. : )

I agree looks like normal leaf die-off on a phal orchid. Leafmite's advice about taking a look at the roots is a good one - especially if this orchid has been growing in the same medium for a long time.
