The old shadehouse was taken down a couple of months, ago. I have plants stuffed in every nook and cranny.
I'm still weighing exactly what I want in the new shadehouse. I'm torn between wood framed and aluminum. I'm seriously running out of time. The nights are starting to cool off a bit. I'm sure that is why all the spikes have initiated. We have a few tropical storms heading this way and that is worry, as well.
The decision as to where I want to have this installed is another issue. I have a large side yard between the house and the privacy fence about 16 foot wide and situated north/south. I'm thinking that might be an option as there is not much shade. I would have added cold protection off the house in winter. I just have to make sure I would have enough air movement, even with fans.
I am speechless ( in a good way). I would spend time just looking at those Vandas all day long.
That is one big collection of Vanda's. They look very healthy. Hope to see the blooms soon.
I spend way too much time outside. That is why I need a maid
Thanks all
Amazing collection! A mini paradise soon to explode with colour.
