Cool bloom, Tom. Does this orchid bloom on top of the leaf like some other pluro orchids? I am guessing that this is a tiny little bloom, but since I don't know this orchid, who knows!

Yes, it is. and the flower is 0.5", not too bad for the size of the leaf or plant.
