Noid?

This is a gross illustration of my ignorance of 'chid terminology. But, the last time I had ever heard the term NOID was in conjunction with Dominos Pizza commercials (by the way, I am not hocking Dominos in any way). I have tried conducting a Google search and NOID doesn't come up with anything related to orchid terminology excepting in the naming of orchids. What does the term NOID mean? I also tried searching on this website and again, it is in the name, but not an explaination of meaning.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...so that's it. Now I feel really stupid it was that simple! And here I was thinking it was some fancy terminology. Ok swammie JOHNnDC, thanks!

Well, then, I beileve that would make the Den I just picked up a NOID...I also got on the case of the people at my local green house about putting out plants with no identification. The guy didn't seem to know why that would be important.
