Bought as a mislabelled seedling. Second flowering on this one and is quite sun-tolerant. Spikes are very long. I have seen a very similar hybrid in a book names Flor Del Valle. Possible ID for this one..

I looked it up in orchid wiz but there was not a photo. But, from looking at the photos of the orchids that make up the hybrid Phal Flor Del Valle, I would say this is not the correct identification. This orchid appears to be too yellow and the shape would probably be more like Phal stuartiana since this orchid makes up about 50% of this orchids background. But, since there isn't a photo for reference, I am just guessing. Here is an approximation breakdown of the parents of the hybrid Phal Flor Del Valle:

Thanks, BD but these pictures here look quite similar to mine, in particular the orange lip and the more intense spotting on the lower halves of the bottom sepals:
Flor Del Valle

It is still a very beautiful Orchid...like these blooms very pretty![]()
Very pretty lip and petals too.
I love the colors and the shape of the flower on that one. Beautiful!
