Hello everybody, I am new here, and fairly new to orchids (4 years growing). I LOVE Phals, but am really tired of getting sickly plants from various places and as gifts. Not all of the plants I get are in dire straits, but more often than not, I get a plant, take off that plastic pot and find a host of evil things lurking in the medium, and smushy root systems. I have about a 50% success rate nursing them back, but...I am so tired...I just want a healthy supplier for my habit . Has anyone here found a reliable source for healthy Phals?

Hi Jenn--there are lots of good places for Phals--but you need to post 5 public messages first before the private message system becomes available to you and members can PM you with vendor info. (We don't allow advertising on public forums). So ask some questions, or respond to some other posts, or tell people a little about yourself in the Introduce Yourself section--your PM inbox will get heaps of vendor names for Phals in no time at all!

Welcome to the forum , know what you mean about being gifted with half dead or all the way dead plants , my daughter is the prime offender . What I do is repot them and have her take them to the nursing home where she works . Gin
