Creating Medium to sow Orchid Seed

Hi guys, I just want to have some discussions about medium to sow orchid seeds.I've made some home-make medium, and it contain:
+tomato
+banana
+B1
And I want to find more formula to compare them. If anyone have more ways to make home-make medium, please tell me.

Make media with 40g of mashed peeled banana, 100 ml of fresh peeled and crushed tomatoes, 10g of agar, 20g of sugar, 1.2g of thiamine, 900ml of tap water. Mix all ingredients evenly using a household mixer. Transfer the medium, while stirring, to the clean flasks. 1-2 cm depth is usually enough. Close the lids softly so that air can go out. Sterilize the flasks.
