Paph. Somer Isles 'Green Bird' X Philippinense Var Album 'Charming'

I bought this beauty at a show last year. This is the first bloom for me and it appears for the plant. I entered it in our societies recent show and won a blue ribbon on it. It drew quite a bit of attention from a couple of the judges and some of the vendors present who have asked for divisions when and if I separate it. I think I will let go as is and see what developes in the future. If it does well on the next bloom cycle I may take it for AOS judging. It has three blooms presently and all are holding well. The pictures were taken 2 weeks ago. I really like the color and markings on this one.

Fabulous, Bill! It's so interesting to see what a philippinense parent wil do - I guess the multifloral display is part of it, anyway! Well done - a VERY healthy plant.
