White spot on one of the blooms

This Mahina Yahiro 'Mishima' bloomed for the first time and one of the blooms has a completely white area on it. I don't know if this is because of fertilizer or fungicide touching the bloom or if it is a genetic defect. I would really appreciate your opinion. Here is a photo of the bloom. You can appreciate the white spot on the upper area of the right petal.

Thanks “tradceci” for sharing thread. It a lovely image of “Mahina Yahiro” orchid. But I am not sure that the white area in orchid is occurred because of fertilizer.
