What do you think? How can I get leaves in better shape? I water it every 7 - 10 days.

I would get it out of the spag and into a bark mix. Have you checked the roots recently?

I repotted last in August. If I repot in bark- would the oxygen pot be good as well or a glazed pot?

Don't use a glazed pot because it will not allow for gas exchange to the roots. I would stick with the plastic pot.

I hate to take a negative tone on the first day of the new year, but that pot is way to big. Overpotting is never a good idea with orchids. I like to use the smallest pot that the roots will comfortably fit in. I agree with Bruce, you're better off with bark or coconut husk chips. Sphagnum works well with small orchids in small pots but not with large orchids in large pots.
