New Phal owner! HELP!

Hi! I'm Kerri and I've finally decided to purchase an orchid! I did all of the research I thought I needed too and purchased, what I think, is going to be an amazing plant! I just wanted to post some pictures to get some feedback on what I should/should not do! Some of the roots are dry and I haven't re-potted yet because I'm not sure if I should! Any help you could give would be appreciated!

The flowers also appear to be wilting and I wanted to know if that could be stopped or not...thank you for any advice you can give!

Stick your finger into the moss and see if it is lightly damp (not soaking wet). Looks like it might be a bit dry, a leaf looks to be wilting. Mist the air roots that are sticking out there, one looks really dead but the other has life. You have some nice buds, sometimes some flowers will wilt while the buds are opening. Remember, it is new to your environment, and needs to adjust. Also you did not indicate where you are growing the orchid, is it a hot window, bright sun? Don't re pot yet!

I also just clipped the dead parts of the roots so they do not get rotten...I also misted the air roots as well!

The moss is really wet...I'm worried about rot...the plant is in an east facing window as well...I just want to do as much right as I can to ensure a long healthy life for my orchid!

The pot looks really big, did you pot it before? Don't water any more. It there an orchid society near you? If so call them and ask if they have any potting medium for sale. Other wise call a reputable nursery and get a quality medium from them. Hopefully they have experience with orchids. and they have plastic orchid pots. Don't buy a ceramic one. Get a 4 in pot, and if they do not have orchid pots take it home and heat nail or nut pick or something and make more holes in the sides. Then, when you are ready to re-pot, pull your orchid out of it's pot, gently remove all the moss, clip off dead roots with sterile scissors. No it was bought like this...the pot is small and it has no drainage holes...I would like to re pot as soon as I can because I believe it won't be good left in the moss. The store I bought this at had bark for sale...is that a good choice? And they also had a ceramic pot with big holes advertised as an orchid pot. Sorry to keep asking questions...I'm just worried!

Now I've also discovered that the smallest leaf, on the bottom is yellowing from the middle! I'm so nervous! What do I do?!

Wait!!Please follow this...it will save your plant
1.Dont think of repotting.Moths don't care about pots as far I experience goes...small one it hates...big ones make them unhappy.
2.try to get some mosses out near to the roots.let the roots get enough air...I use to keep them near to a slow running fan..these phals love light and air movements around some of their roots.don't bother about the leaves turning yellow,they will turn back to green once it gets right condition.So have patience,these orchids are really strong ones..

Your plant is not in ICU,but near to it...
If the condition get worse...leaves tilting...full yellow....
I would do the following to save my orchid

1.Cut the bloom...if often surprises the plant but will save it at least.
2.Get the plant our of the pot,check the roots...don't cut them,get some toilet paper and try to get some moistures out.I use to rap them if possible some health roots with tissue or toilet paper and keep it for 2/3 hours with some support to the plant so that it stays upright..
3.After 2/3 hours unwrap those roots and feel it...if your feel they are hard,little moist your orchid can well be saved...now..look thoroughly in the roots...check the roots which have turned black,cut them.
4.Get some turmeric power fro kitchen and apply them over those cut areas..keep the plant for another 30mins like this before repotting.
5.Get some barks and mix it with moss and plant your orchid..
6.Dont feed our orchid...
7.Check the roots regularly if they look healthy...check the leaves,if you can see some green.
8.Feel the roots.Touch them,if you find them completely dried up,add some mineral water under room temperature..

I do the same thing in my ICU and has never failed in last 20 years...
