Looks like your vanda is staying too wet. Make sure you have a fan blowing directly on your vanda plants - especially after watering, but all the time so they dry off quickly.

It looks like sunburn to me. Vandas can handle bright light but they need to be acclimated to it slowly. For now, try putting it in a slightly shadier spot. Direct morning sun is good but protect it from the mid-day sun. See if the new leaves start to look better. Good luck.
