I have mentioned elsewhere that the weather this year has been weird but it seems to be very agreeable to my durian (that stinky, thorny fruit we call the'King of Fruits' here)and I'm having a bumper harvest this year. And the Paphs and the Aerides and Rhyncostylis love this weather. I have been lamenting the fact that my Aer lawrenceae hasn't bloomed the last 2 years but I noticed the beginning of 2 spikes on it ; and after the Rhy retusa and gigantea it is now the turn of my Rhy coelestis (only 1 spike this year).
This is the pink form of Rhy coelestis.
