degarmoara winter wonderland and phaius tankervillae torn between two orchids

as the title says, i'm torn between two orchids, they are degarmoara winter wonderland and phaius tankervillae. both plants are pricey here and my pocket permits only one. help me choose using these factors, ease of care and temperature requirements.

my growing condition is tropical (warm)

Phaius is a terrestrial and easy plant to grow but blooms mostly during spring. dgrma. could bloom multiple times if you care for it well. I would go wiith one with more pseudobulbs.

I love the blooms on the degarmoara winter wonderland. The plant is fast growing and I've divided the one we have several times over the years.

Phaius should grow like a weed in your conditions with virtually no care. As a terrestrial orchid, native in the Philippines, it just needs the right spot planted in the ground and it should thrive.

Degarmoara shouldn't be too difficult, but as an epiphytic orchid it will have to be potted or mounted, requiring a little higher level of care. And with some cool growing ancestors it may prefer cooler conditions, especially at night, than you can easily provide.

Under your tropical conditions I would go for Phaius. Degarmoara though reputed to be temperature tolerant is, in my experience ,
, difficult to grow well and bloom in our hot lowlands. However in our cooler highland areas they do extremely well with the most gorgeous blooms.
