Just with the one flower open with plenty to come. Colour of flower in pic near perfect to actual. Been wait a while to flower it, expectations confirmed.

Fantastic color. Please post again when several flowers are open.

How does the size (plant and flower) compare to the Phal (Doritis) pulcherrima parent?

Wow. Seeing this genus for the first time. Would this be a valid parent for further hybridization or is it sterile?

Will definitely post with more flowers open.
Plant size like a Doritis (Phal) but much narrower, thick rigid leaves. Looks like a small Ascda on steroids. I don't have the best conditions for growing these types, just very happy when they flower.

Not sure if it will breed but I do remember seeing registered crosses with a Thai Cherry. Do not know if it involves this one.
