Mature leaves falling of healthy pb's of Aliceara

I repotted this plant November 2014 and since then every now and then one of the mature leaves turns yellow and falls off. I repotted in a larger pot. but the plant is quite cramped. There are 2 new growths so I assume it is healthy enough. The pub's appear very healthy. Should I have split up the plant? Any idea what is going on?

Brown edges to the leaf could be bacterial infection. if it is one or two leaves on older pseudobulbs then can be ignored. I don't think splitting is a good idea.

I agree with Sriram Kumar, it's natural for old mature leaves to turn yellow and drop off especially after re-potting.
I personally like big specimen size plants, so if it's my plant i will not split it but pot it up in a larger pot everytime it gets crammed up for a spectacular show of flowers when it blooms.

If you just repotted it last year you should leave it be till it crawls out of the pot, then put it in a bigger pot.
