Looks like Habenaria rhodocheila. I have one in buds which is complements your collection. Mine is dark yellow. will post shortly

probably rhodo, but some experts told me it's more complicated and most species misslabeled. but i forget the explanation...hahaha

I just purchased one of these with two spikes in bloom from a local nursery. Beautiful flower and very pleasant fragranceCan you lend any advice on keeping it happy indoors? I have a grow light but wasn't sure if this would be too happy in direct sun. The grower advised to water from the bottom and use warm(er) water, and that it needs a winter dormancy after the blooms are gone...
