What a cool flower!
That's a beautiful Oncidinae type - probably one of the hybrids of Odontoglossum, Cochlioda and Oncidium. Looking at the lip shape I suspect that Cochlioda is one of the parents. Very likely a cool to intermediate grower. Just my guess. Geoff Hands, The Dorsetman would be the best person to help ID this.
Thank you Yew-Sung! That ID makes sense although my eyes are seeing the flowers with more substance than any Oncidinae I've ever seen. Hopefully Geoff will happen along.
This is probably Cyrtochilum macranthum.
Cyrtochilum macranthum, or perhaps a very similar hybrid like Rustic Glory (3/4 macranthum).
And yes, it is an Oncid.
