    Default Pholidota imbricata, rattlesnake orchid...

    also known as a necklace orchid.
    My first bloom for this plant. The spike takes a long time to develop; I think I was watching out for it for the past three months.

    Beautiful photo ! mine is in bloom too , no way could I take a picture like yours . Gin
