Do you know about Miltassia's?

I recently received a plant I was told was an oncidium, but looking at pictures online I realized it is in with the Miltassia's. I cannot find any care information. Do they like alot of light? Water?
One other question; I bought a bag of granulated Orchid food with the formula11-35-15, should it only be used on plants actively blooming? Or just before when they develop the spike?
Glad to have found you all....since afflicted with the Orchid Fever I've gathered 9 plants...four more will be here shortly. Got to say, it's hit fast and left me studying, misting and hunting all over town for supplies. At least I've got you all to help me through the worst of the symptoms, lol.

with that formulation I would be using it all year round,and just adding some nitrogen to it when the plants are actively growing.

As for the plant being in the Miltassia ,They say that the need fairly bright light ,about the same as the Brassia that in it ,but from my experience the light levels that are relative shady ,that of the Miltonia can be quite rewarding.
