No that's not a blue, but it is a lovely species, Gin!
Dtps. Siam Treasure is a blue:

A little more common is the primary hybrid, Dtps. Kenneth Schubert, and very blue violacea species can be a stunning true blue. That's what the breeders are hoping for, but it's highly recessive and you just don't know what you'll get. Some bloom a very saturated magenta, some a pure white.

I have four violacea seedlings all various cross from true blue parents. I'm hoping at least one of them comes out blue. It's hard waiting!
