    Default Schomburgkia Brysiana X Schomb. Superbiens Alba

    This is the first to bloom out of this batch of plants. I have been waiting for these babies to bloom for the past 4 years!!!!! I couldn't be happier with the results! I was actually expecting to have more orange in it then the pinkish purple that it has. I have high hopes for this grex! Maybe next year I'll get a couple of blue ribbons! Let me know what you all think.

    Those are beautiful!!!
    Are they both the same flower, but one with sunlight & the other with flash from the camera? Flash always seems to change the color...

    Yes they are both the same flower. The one on the right I had used a lamp to produce the light, and the one on the left is outside. I really like the one that was outside because how pretty the flowers look with the sparkles in flowers! Thanks Cindy

    That is shockingly beautiful!!! The curves and the lip are stunning. You can sent its babies to me! I know all about waiting four and more years for something to flower for me.

    Great job, Aaron!

    I love the schombs, but they're way to big for me. Maybe crossing this plant with S. coccinea or C. luteola would make a cute plant that I could handle!
