Bulbophyllum blumei

Ok, here I go!!!
Never having grow anything but toe and finger nails, I just purchased a Bulbophyllum blumei. I would like any suggestions that will keep the poor thing alive!
It is in an ac room where the temp is a constant 75/80.
What will be the best fertilizer and how often do I feed it?
How can I prevent any mold problems?
I think I have the watering part down
Any suggestions at all will be helpful.

blumei is a nice one!! Bulbos are fairly heavy feeders. I use 1/4 strength fertilizer once a week. They also appreciate humidity and AC is renown for decreasing humidity, so if you can up that it will be happier. Have you considered growing it outside in a bright shade location?

I don't think it would last outside as the temp can get into the 30's, but not often. Also the crackheads would rip it off!
