New Paph - Help, please?

I got this cutie last week from the farmer's market... it's a noid, but still really cute so I had to get it. Mom was in there earlier in the day and put it back because it was a noid. Silly moms.
Anyway... it's been a week and it's still stuck in the same partially open stage that I bought it in last Thursday. Is the dorsal stuck? Is it a mutant? Is this normal for some paphs? It looks like it's probably a first bloom or at the very least a small division. The whole plant is only about 5-6" high.
Have been making sure to maintain moist, but not wet media... It's under lights on my mom's cart thingy with lights on from I think 5am - 11pm. Humidity is around 32% (I know, that's on the low side - but mom doesn't have a humidifier).
Thoughts? Ideas? Comments?
