Grammatophyllum Potting Time??

I took a shot of the new growths on the Elegans I just got as well as a view from the bottom. Could someone look at the pics and let me know if I should be repotting this monster?? If so....How??

p.s. The third pic is the Trichoglottis I got at the same time, a local nursery explained how to mount it, so here it is....my 4th or 5th mounting project and it went smoothly this time.

I don't have a lot of experience with Grammatophyllums, but that one looks like it has severely outgrown its basket.
In the case of Gramms, the plant WILL win the battle between plant and basket The basket will eventually buckle and break as the new pseudobulbs grow.

It looks like the roots have not yet completely taken over the basket.
If you want to remove it from this basket (and move or a bigger basket or pot), try soaking the basket in water for a few minutes. Then gently wiggle it out of the pot.
You might damage some roots, but if done carefully there will be very minimal damage.
