    Default Should I Divide This?

    This Phaph hybrid NOID has been with me for three years and rebloomed for me once, but not this year. I don't know why. Instead it just keep producing new shoots. Should I divide it and repot?
    Pic one is how it looks like on one side and pic 2 is the other side. I appreciate any suggestions. I am not good with Paph and this is one of the two that didn't die on me.
