orchid large spot leaves...can anyone help?

Hi, I notice this large spots on some of my orchid leaves a few days ago.
Luckily flowers are still all right not sure for how long though...
What is this? Can anyone help?

Looks like a sun spot. Was this orchid near a window or perhaps a mirror where sunlight was directed onto it without any filter? The plant looks healthy otherwise. The two spots should eventually turn black if this is a sunburn.

Hi BD,
Yes, the orchid was positioned near a south-facing window, without any filter.
It is the first time I get this problem with my orchid...I guess this has happened because is unusually hot for this time of the year in London.
The spot edges are already turning black...sounds like a good news to me as now I know what is going on.
Just moved my orchid to a less bright corner, hope this will help...
