Does this mean no more new growth on the Onc?

while watering today I notice potential new growth on my Onc. However these potentials look dry and dead so that that mean this plant will not produce anymore? Are the new growths pre determined? Or will they sprout some more growths?

There are always some smaller potential leads buried down among the leaf bases, so it is far from hopeless. You've got some very shrivelled pseudobulbs, so there has either been chronic underwatering or there's a problem with the roots. Correct the problem and the plant has a good chance of putting out healthy new growth.

I will suggest you to move your orchid in a cooler spot. The cooler temperature (55o to 65o** F) helps to trigger the growth of a new spike. Whenever the new spike emerges, you can return your orchid to its normal environment.
