Paph problem

I noticed these brown spots on my Paph and have no idea what they are. All three growths have the spots and mostly on the base of the leaves. Help please...

Don't know for sure, but it looks like water damage with subsequent fungal infection. I'm sure someone with more smarts than me will chime in soon....

My first thought was the same as Howard. LJA was looking over my shoulder when I said 'uh - oh' and he said that it looks like something chewed on it too. Are the brown spots mushy like a fungal problem?

The spots are not mushy, they are actually dry and kind of crunchy.

I also suspect fungal from water sitting in the growths too long.

yep, basically some kind of rot, so either spray with an anti-fungal / anti-rot or cover the those brown spots with cinnamon top and bottom... going by where it is though, I would go for the spray, I use "Fungarid" but not sure if that will be available in ur part of the world... also, try increasing air movement and don't let water sit in the crevices between the leaves.
