tomato and olive baked chicken

spread enough of the sundried tomato paste over the chicken breasts to give them a light covering.
place on a baking tray
Put olive and tomato butter on top of the chicken breasts do not use too much as it is a waste but too little isnt great either jut do it according to taste.
sprinkle scliced olives and cut sundried tomatoes over the chicken breasts
bake at gas mark 6 for 25-30 mins or until the chicken is cooked.

Now this, I feel sure I can do. This sounds wonderful. I love all of the ingredients, but would not have thought to put them all together like this. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Question: What if you do not have access to sundried tomato paste? Can I substitute more sundried tomatoes that I blend? Do I need to add salt if I do that?

The sundried tomatato paste has herbs in so I guess blitz up some sundried tomatoes and italian herb mix and some olive oil and maybe a little salt and spread that on the top of the chicken, I dont like much salt on food so I dont add any in the cooking except veg. I really do love this recipe.
