hi again i just want to share with you my vandas
Wow! Great vandas! Maybe someday mine will thrive like yours. I have a couple I work very hard with...so far they look okay, and are growing a few roots, but i'm not sure I give them enough fertilizer. Does growing them against a wooden tree or post help? I'd be happy to go find a nice huge branch to move to the porch for them.
hi connie, they really love growing on woods , when you fertilize them , fertilize also the wood so that they will have something to suck on for dessert lol you can see the roots go wild or you can hang them in baskets they love that , put some charcoal so they have something to hold on , they love feeding and watering , twice watering during summer is ok no worry about rotting .
They look so healthy and well cared for, Raul. Nice growing.
Cheers,

WOW!!! They are so happy and healthy!
Lovely looking vandas, i my placed in a driftwood before but somehow didn't like the look
of it so i decided to just hang them, but you have some good health vandas there, nice growing.
hi again to everyone , hope they start blooming so we can all enjoy them tks for the phrases. hi delphi i also have around 50 vandas on coil hanging, it looks cool and very easy maintenance .
Hey Raul,
Looks like you have a good, open, sunny space to grow your orchids unlike mine where I have to contend myself with a very limited space in my townhouse front porch which has a clear polycarbonate roof.
Good thing that no vandals break your wire netting since I notice your vanda garden is located outside your property and exposed along the road?
hi jojo actually it was still a part of the property coz when the lot was purchase it was an open are like american style no fences, home owners just decided to put ther own fences and do what they want on the extra lot. and we decided to make it into an orchid house, my grow area is at the back of the house. so far no casualties lol.
