Nice to see the both forms so well photographed for comparison. Is the alba form a weak grower for you compared to the normal colored type?

Seem so. regular form grows well compared to to alba but number of bulbs are different. May be I should give it more time to arrive at some pattern.

Both are beautiful but like the alba form looks pure.

The alba form has a reputation of being weak, but I think it is likely they tend to be very inbred from multiple generations of selfing.

Beautiful Sriram! I just purchased the regular form. I haven't received it yet. Hopefully it will bloom as beautifully as yours one day.

All the very best. It seems to like higher level of light. Earlier, I was growing them in 50% shade and they were doing ok. I moved it along side Vandas and they seem to like and Pseudobulbs have increased 3 fold in size. They get direct sun for a couple of hours in the morning
