Maxillaria friedrichsthalii in bloom

Well, what I thought was new psuedobulb growth turned out to be blooms! This guy was very difficult to photograph with my old point-and-shoot as the blooms are teeny-tiny, about the size of a pencil eraser. Even with only a couple of blooms open, I can already smell the fragrance- very sweet. I've included a picture of the plant as a whole because of its nifty growth habit.

Thanks guys...this Max has been an easy & fast grower for me once I threw it in sphag and put it in relatively high light.

@Zainal- I might look at dividing it, but I think I want to see how it does without dividing it for a lot longer now. It might be nice to have a large on of these guys....
