Question repotting cym, paph, oncid orchid advice

Hi, I just purchased a huge cym, a bulldog paph.; my oncidium I've had since mid Feb. All are nearing the end of their bloom cycle, and need repotting. Cym is pouring out of its pot; oncidium media is dust. Can someone recommend media for each. I had a long history of overwatering so please keep this in mind. I want to do everything possible to keep them alive. I plan on putting the oncid & cym outside under a fig tree.
    Thanks

If you overwater, like I do, then you'll probably be better with a bark type medium rather than sphagnum.

    Hi,

You could possibly try semi hydrophonic (S/H) medium for Paph and oncidium. They like this setup and you cannot overwater in a S/H setup. I grow all my Paphs and oncidiums on S/H and they love it
