Perhaps I haven't delved deeply enough into orchidtalk forums, but one subject that interests me, one which I have not found information on, is the rotating of the container of an orchid growing on a windowsill, so that it may attain a more upright habit. And whether or not this action causes the plant to either promote or abort spiking. I suppose it depends on the species, but I wonder if any of you have any thoughts on this.
Thank you,
Bill
